I am registered with and adhere to the Ethical Code of the Sherwood Psychotherapy Training Institute which is a constituent member of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).
I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

Field of experience
I have worked extensively with adults in both the public and private sector. Much of this experience has been within Primary Care, working with people who have been abused, and those who have suffered childhood trauma. I have worked with people who are experiencing life crises, and those who have been bereaved or who have suffered other losses. I have worked with people who have been bullied or harassed in the workplace and those who have suffered trauma as a result of experiences in the workplace. I have also worked with people who have suffered from depression, anxiety or stress.
I have a professional interest in shame and the development of identity. I studied this area whilst undertaking my MA in Integrative Psychotherapy in the form of a research dissertation. I continue to study this area of interest both in the professional field and in my clinical practice.
